Enhancing Productivity with AI for Document Preparation

Description: This workshop will introduce participants to essential AI tools, such as DeepSeek and EdUHK ChatGPT, for streamlining the documentation drafting process. Participants will engage in hands-on practice using effective prompts and real-world examples. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped to draft various documents, including formal letters, emails, proposals, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes. This introductory workshop welcomes colleagues with limited experience in AI tools to join.
