Developing GenAI-empowered Customised Workflows

Build intelligent automation pipelines that connect multiple AI services to tackle your time-consuming university administrative and academic tasks! This comprehensive workshop introduces AI workflow automation fundamentals and demonstrates how GenAI can dramatically enhance working efficiency across diverse university operations. We’ll explore how to build sophisticated workflows that combine multiple AI capabilities LTTC’s MaaS platform, from Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLM) for document processing to specialized chatbots for student services. Participants will gain hands-on experience creating an automated attendance workflow that uses MLLM-based OCR to scan handwritten sign-in sheets, processes the data through LLM.
